CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

GENERAL PROVISIONS

By placing an order electronically through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant regulations.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If delivery is not completed within this period, the contract may be terminated.

The product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the order, and together with any applicable warranty certificate and user manual.

If the product cannot be supplied, the Buyer shall be notified within 3 days, and the payment shall be refunded within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the Buyer fails to make payment or if the payment is cancelled, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PAYMENT METHODS

If, after delivery of the product, it is determined that the payment was made using an unauthorized credit card and the payment is not made to the Seller, the Buyer must return the product within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the Buyer.

DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

In cases of force majeure, the Buyer shall be notified. The Buyer may choose to cancel the order, replace it with a similar product, or wait until delivery becomes possible.

If payment was made in cash, the refund shall be made within 14 days.

If payment was made by credit card, the refund shall be processed through the bank, and the bank may take 2–3 weeks to credit the amount to the Buyer’s account.

OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and must request a damage report from the shipping company if the product is damaged. Products accepted without such a report shall be deemed delivered in good condition.

If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason. Notification of withdrawal must be made using the contact details below:

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the case of service contracts, the withdrawal period begins on the date of execution of the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the performance of the service has begun.

All return-related costs shall be borne by the Buyer.

Written notification must be submitted to the Seller within 14 days, and the product must be unused.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

The invoice (and a return invoice, if issued on behalf of a company),

The product must be returned complete with its packaging, accessories, and return form.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Following receipt of the withdrawal notice, the payment and documents shall be refunded within 10 days, and the product shall be collected within 20 days.

Any damage caused by the Buyer’s misuse must be compensated. The Buyer is not responsible for deterioration resulting from proper use.

If the return causes the order total to fall below the campaign threshold, the discount shall be cancelled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

Products prepared in accordance with the Buyer’s personal needs,

Products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons,

Products whose packaging has been opened,

Electronic services and digital content,

Opened cosmetics, software, CDs/DVDs, and similar products.

DEFAULT

In the event of default on payments made by credit card, the bank may charge interest and related fees. The Buyer shall be responsible for all damages arising from late payment.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment may be made via bank transfer (EFT/wire transfer).

Online payment and installment options are available. The total amount shall be charged to the credit card upon completion of the order.
