Pursuant to the Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (“ETK”), your consent is required for Mark Valentine (“Company”) to send you commercial electronic communications. ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATION RULES AND INFORMATION NOTICE
This Electronic Commercial Communication Rules and Information Notice has been prepared by Mark Valentine (markvalentineus.com) in order to inform you about the sending of commercial electronic communications and the processing, storage, and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 (“EHK”), the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (“ETK”), the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and the relevant legislation.
If you provide consent for commercial electronic communications, your identity information (name, surname) and contact details (email address, phone number) shared with Mark Valentine may be processed by the Company for marketing communication purposes via the channels for which you have given consent, including WhatsApp, instant/short messages, phone calls, and email. Such processing purposes include, but are not limited to:
Sending electronic commercial communications,
Conducting customer satisfaction activities,
Performing marketing analysis studies,
Managing advertising, campaign, and promotion processes,
Managing marketing processes for products and services,
Creating campaigns for customers,

Personal data shall be processed solely for the purposes of planning and executing the marketing processes of the products and/or services of Mark Valentine and its affiliates, and for planning and executing customer loyalty creation and/or enhancement processes. Such processing is carried out based on the explicit consent legal ground pursuant to Article 6 of ETK for commercial electronic communication approval and Article 5(1) of KVKK for the sending of electronic commercial communications.
You may withdraw your consent regarding the sending of electronic commercial communications at any time.
Your personal data may be used by Mark Valentine directly or through data processors, limited to the purposes stated above, and may be shared with our technology infrastructure providers. In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you have rights regarding your processed personal data.
