PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION NOTICE
This Information Notice has been prepared within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in order to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data are processed by Mark Valentine, acting as the data controller, to whom and for what purposes such data may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for data collection, and your rights under KVKK.
1. DATA CONTROLLER
Your personal data are processed by Mark Valentine (“Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698.
2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, to authorized public institutions, third parties providing legal consultancy, suppliers, service providers, and our business partners, for the purposes specified above.
4. METHODS AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are collected through automatic or non-automatic means via channels such as our website, email, call center, social media, and mobile applications, and are processed based on the following legal grounds:
Explicitly stipulated by law,
Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
Necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed,
Explicit consent of the data subject.
5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject, you have the right to:
Learn whether your personal data are processed,
Request information if your personal data have been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurate,
Request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in KVKK,
Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights listed above by completing the KVKK Application Form available at www.bidunyastore.com
and submitting it to our Company through one of the following methods:
By delivering it in person to our Company address,
Via a notary public,
By sending an email to [email protected].
Your applications will be responded to as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days, provided that identity verification is completed.
